Prep time is about 10 minutes and then 20 minutes in the oven at 400f/180c.

The Ingredients

4 eggs (294 kcal)
500g greek yoghurt (285 kcal)
100 grams sukrin/Zero calorie sugar (0 kcal)
50 grams of cocofiber (175 kcal)
30 grams of Psyllium husks powder (52 kcal)
2 teaspoons of baking powder

Step One: Turn on the oven

Turn your oven on to about 350 fahrenheit / 180 celcius.

Step Two: Mix it up

Mix all the ingredients together and form small buns on some parchment paper. 12-14 buns.

Step Three: Put them in the oven

Put them in the oven an bake for around 20 minutes.

Step Four: Eat up!

Go nuts and eat your delicious buns.
